Terms and Conditions


The Clients accepts the followin terms and conditions by means of making use of the services of Alvera Palace and/or it's successors in title and/or the legal entities/natural persons affiliated with it


Article 1. Applicability


1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers issued or made by Alvera Palace, as well as to all Bookings and legal relationship related therefore. Derogations from these Terms and Conditions will exclusively apply if and in so far as these are expressly approved in writing by Alvera Palace.

1.2 Alvera Palace will always be entitled to adjust the text of these Terms and Conditions and to unilaterally amend this. In that case the new text of these Terms and Conditions will apply.

1.3 The applicability of any terms and conditions which the client miht use is expressly excluded.

1.4 The Client will be deemed to agree to the exclusive applicability of these Terms and Conditions at the time of the comin into effect of each Booking, unless Client and Alvera Palace have expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

1.5 If one or more of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions are void or might be declared void, the remainin provisions of these Terms and Conditions will remain fully applicable. In that case Alvera Palace and the client will enter into consultation in order to agree on new provisions for the replacement of the void or voided provisions, whereby the purpose and meaning of the void or voided provision will be taken into account as far as possible.

1.6 The client who has already concluded a booking with Alvera Palace will be deemed to tacitly agree to the applicability of these Terms and Conditions to later and/or additional bookings of and/or services to the client concerned.


Article 2. Coming into effect of the Booking


2.1 All offers and tenders made by Alvera Palace are wthout obligation, unless otherwise set out in the offer or tender.

2.2 A boking will only come into effect at the time when Alvera Palace has expressly accepted the Order or Assignment. The Booking confirmation from Alvera Palace will be deemed to correctly and completely represent the Booking.

2.3 The Booking will be instead of and will replace all earlier proposals, correspondence, arrangements or other communication made in writing or as the case may be verbally.

2.4 Alvera Palace it's directors and it's staff reserve the right to refuse any Assignment at any time without notice or provocation for whatever reason seems fit.


Article 3. Legality and Reistration and Reachability


3.1 Alvera Palace is a fully legal, licensed and reistered escort service.

  • Alvera Palace is registered at the company house in the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom under 11561850.

  • Alvera Palace requires no special permit under the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom for exploring an escort service.

  • For discretion reasons, a general consultancy name will be listed for all electronic payments. This name is a regstered trade name of Alvera Palace.

3.2 Alvera Palace main office is based and registered in the United Kingdom at 5 High Street. Unless otherwise agreed, it is not possible to visit Alvera Palace at this address

Artical 4. Rates


4.1 All services offered by Alvera Palace are subjected to 21% VAT. unless otherwie indicated, all rates listed on the website are in Euro's and USD and includin 21 VAT.

4.2 Travel expenses up to 150 km are included in the rate, unless otherwise agreed. if the travel distance is 151 t 200 km, a surcharge of Euro 50 applies. If the distance is 201 to 250 km, a surcharge of Euro 100 applies. If the travel distance is 251 km or more, the surcharge is decided per Booking.

4.3 The profile of each escorts list an overview of the rate per maximum duration and per booking type. The following applies:

  • Discounted rates are available for bookins witha duration loner than 3 hours. These discounted rates only apply when the booking duration is agreed before or within the first hour of the booking.

  • The areas in which the escort is available fr the minimum booking can be found below the rates. All other areas require a minimum booking.

  • If a client wishes to terminate the booking after confirmation and during the sesson or in the booking duration, there is no refund.

  • If the client wishes to extend the duration of the booking, the standard rate will apply. Exception to this is when an extension of 6 hours or more is agreed on at once. In that case, the extension is seen as a new booking, to which the discounted rates apply. The availability of extension of the bookin duration is not guaranteed.


Article 5. Payments


5.1 All payments must be made prior to the bookin or no later than immidiately at the commencement of the booking.

5.2 Client will inform Alvera Palace of the method of payment prior t the booking.

5.3 The Availability of all payment options is not guaranteed and subject to avalability. Alvera Palace can limit the payment options for a client and/or require a prepayment before the booking, without providing a reason.

5.4 For discretion reasons, a general consultancy name will be listed for all electronic payments. This name is a registered trade name of Alvera Palace.

5.5 Clients can receive an invoice for the total amount. The following applies:

  • The invoice will be provided within 14 days of the booking via email and in the form of a PDF.

  • The content of the invoice are discreet but aways truthful in accordance with laws and regulations.

  • Client is aware of the fact the services prvided by Alvera Palace re a personal nature and are therefore amost never tax deductible to the client.

  • Any request to mislead, commit fraud, forgery or any complicity or cooperation to do so is seen as provocation, which will be reported to authorities.

  • If a client uses the invoice of Alvera Palace to mislead, commit fraud, forgery or any other violation of the law, the client will be held liable for any direct or indirect damages to Alvera Palace.

5.6 Alvera Palace accepts cash payments in Euro, American dollars or British pounds. When paying with Euro, 500 Euro notes are not accepted. When paying with american dollars or British pounds, the payment is based on the exchange rate applicable on the day of the payment, plus any additional bank and exchange charges rounded up to twenty five tiers. The value of the foreign currency that the client wishes to use may not be less than 100 Euros and no more than 2000 Euros. The Escort does not carry any change.

5.7 Alvera Palace accepts payments with Mastercard or Visa debitcard or Cred Card at a 10% surcharge or the total amount.

5.8 Alvera Palace accepts payments with English debitcards and foreign debit cards with a maestro logo. A 5% surcharge applies to foreign debit cards. The following conditions apply:

  • Clients accepts the 5% surcharge and understands this surcharge is to compensate for costs involved with providing the means to make a foreign debit card payment possible.

  • The card is on the name of the client

5.9 Alvera Palace accepts payments via payment request via our bank account at a UK bank or a German Bank or a Lithuanian Bank. This requires internet access and an email address.
